What EVScout Is
EVScout is a sports betting analytics and price-evaluation tool. You build the parlay; EVScout de-vigs each leg to an estimated fair price, computes the estimated expected value and the sportsbook margin, and assigns a transparent grade — with every figure traceable to a published formula.

Every stage except the final explanation is deterministic arithmetic. The full derivation is published in the methodology.
AI Transparency
The numbers come from calculations. AI explains them.
The plain-English write-up on each evaluation is generated by an AI model that is restricted to the values already computed. It can describe and translate the results — it cannot change odds, probabilities, expected value, fair prices, the grade, or any recommendation. If the explanation is unavailable, you still see the complete calculated analysis.
Data
Market prices are sourced from The Odds API, covering major US sportsbooks, and cached briefly so evaluations reflect current prices without stale data. Each leg's full math view shows how many sportsbook sources contributed and when the price was last updated — if coverage is limited, the interface says so rather than implying precision the data does not support.
Security and Privacy
Your account data, tracked bets, and saved preferences are stored in our hosted database with row-level access controls, so each account can only read and write its own records. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising cookies. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
