1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EVScout (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
EVScout ("we", "us") provides analytical and educational tools for sports betting market data, including estimated fair odds, de-vigging, estimated expected value (EV), estimated sportsbook margin, parlay evaluation, and a manual bet tracker. EVScout is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker, or facilitate wagers, and we never handle wagering funds. We offer no picks, locks, or hype — only the math. Any bet you place is placed by you, directly with a licensed sportsbook, at your sole discretion and risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting information is lawful. By using EVScout you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you. 4. No Guarantee of Profit or Outcome
All analytics, grades, probability estimates, and expected-value figures are estimates produced by models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no representation or warranty that you will profit from any bet, strategy, or information surfaced through the Service, and we do not predict the outcome of any event. Past results do not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves real risk of financial loss.
5. Data Accuracy and Availability
Odds and market data come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Estimated fair odds, estimated EV, and estimated sportsbook margin are model outputs, not statements of fact. Sportsbook prices, availability, and same-game-parlay eligibility change constantly and may differ from what is displayed. Always verify prices directly with the sportsbook before placing a bet. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features are available only on a paid plan. Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you are charged. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Free-plan usage limits may change.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained from the Service, not to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, not to use automated systems to overload it, and not to use the Service to violate any law or any sportsbook's terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, models, methodology write-ups, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the parlays, notes, and tracked bets you enter; you grant us a limited licence to process them in order to operate the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVScout and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or wagering losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated in the product or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
